LAB REVIEW APPOINTMENT

Your first step is a comprehensive lab evaluation and review of those results. You will leave with a better understanding of how your body is working, optimal levels of hormones and are they in balance, do you have elevated levels of overall inflammation, possible insulin resistance, or other issues that we need to further address. You will also get your own personalized supplement recommendations based on your findings.

BONUS: You will receive our Comprehensive 12-week Hormone Reset Program made exclusively by Michelle. After reviewing your initial comprehensive lab panel, we may recommend additional advanced Functional Testing to help you achieve your goals and address the root cause of your issues. Bloodwork is only 1 piece of the puzzle.  From our lab store, you can choose from the following most commonly recommended tests:

  • Food sensitivity testing (KBMO-Fit 176)
  • Comprehensive hormone and cortisol testing (DUTCH or ZRT)
  • Comprehensive digestive analysis (GI-Map)
  • Comprehensive micronutrient testing (Spectracell)

 

Our Advanced Functional testing helps us get to the root of inflammation, gut and digestive issues, joint pain, hormonal imbalances, and much more. Additionally, we will offer a unique and personalized supplement recommendation and protocol tailored to your specific needs with each test.

*You can purchase these tests from our Labstore.  You can schedule follow-up Reviews by clicking the “New Clients” button at top right of the page, AFTER testing is complete. Takes 4-5 weeks to receive your results!

One of our team members will reach out within 3-5 business days and set up your appointment to review your health history and results via Zoom or Phone (you will choose what best fits you). If you are not tech savvy, please opt for a phone call. Our office hours are Monday-Wednesday 9am-3pm. Thursday 9am-12pm. Please include some days and times that would work for you within our business hours so we can more easily have options available for you to schedule your appointment. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for technical issues and do not troubleshoot during the Zoom meeting, you must make sure you have this up and running and ready to go prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • All results will be sent to you prior to your appointment so you will have it on hand for our review.
  • To find a lab that can draw your kit you can call the number on your Access Medical Box.

2. You must also be prompt and available at the time of your appointment. We do realize issues arise, so we will give you 10 minutes to join the zoom meeting (if chosen), if a phone call is chosen, we call one time at the time of the appointment. You will have a 10-minute window to return our call. After 10 minutes, if we have had no contact from you, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be responsible to call or email back to reschedule at your convenience. If arriving at your appointment late, this will not extend your appointment, you will get only the allotted time for your appointment with respect to our other scheduled visits.

You also understand that this program is non-refundable upon purchase.
