This Privacy Policy sets forth how Hinton Optimal Wellness (hereinafter “Practice”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), collects, uses and protects any information that you give us when you use our Website. Practice requests and requires various personal data to understand your needs and provide you with better service. In addition, we may gather such information for the following reasons: (1) internal record keeping, (2) to keep records of customer purchases, (3) to improve our Website, programs, products, or services (4) to periodically send promotions about new programs, products or services, or other special offers from which you may unsubscribe at any time, (5) for aggregate, non-identifiable data for market research purposes, and/or (6) to customize the respective program, product, or service you purchase or use according to your interests. You will be given the opportunity to opt-out of having your email address used for commercial emails from Practice at the time you receive any marketing email message from us. Information Storage

All information is stored through a data management system. Practice takes precautions to protect Personal Information. When customers submit Personal Information via the Website, it is protected both online and offline. Whenever Practice collects sensitive Personal Information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to Practice in a secure way. Customers can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of their web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While Practice uses encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, customer service) are granted access to Personal Information. The computers and servers in which we store Personal Information are kept in a secure environment.

However, unfortunately, please note that no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. One of our team members will reach out within 3-5 business days and set up your appointment to review your health history and results via Zoom or Phone (you will choose what best fits you). If you are not tech savvy, please opt for a phone call. Our office hours are Monday-Wednesday 9am-3pm. Thursday 9am-12pm. Please include some days and times that would work for you within our business hours so we can more easily have options available for you to schedule your appointment. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for technical issues and do not troubleshoot during the Zoom meeting, you must make sure you have this up and running and ready to go prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • All results will be sent to you prior to your appointment so you will have it on hand for our review.
  • To find a lab that can draw your kit you can call the number on your Access Medical Box.

2. You must also be prompt and available at the time of your appointment. We do realize issues arise, so we will give you 10 minutes to join the zoom meeting (if chosen), if a phone call is chosen, we call one time at the time of the appointment. You will have a 10-minute window to return our call. After 10 minutes, if we have had no contact from you, your appointment will be cancelled. You will be responsible to call or email back to reschedule at your convenience. If arriving at your appointment late, this will not extend your appointment, you will get only the allotted time for your appointment with respect to our other scheduled visits.
