Our approach is different! Our goal is to help you get well (and often get off your prescription medicines) so you can love the way you feel! We do this by addressing the root cause of your symptoms, instead of just treating diseases with drugs, which often just puts a band aid on your symptoms

We start by taking the time to learn about all the details of how you are feeling. Using advanced lab tests, we evaluate for obstacles that are standing in the way of your health including things like hormone imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and inflammation that can be addressed to help prevent future disease.

A personalized plan will be created just for you, to help remove the things that are making you sick (like toxins or inflammation) and replace the things you need to get well (like vitamins/minerals, probiotics, etc). You’ll find out which supplements you need and which ones you don’t.

To ensure your success, our team will support you, including health coaching if you need it. We act as your mentor to help you establish healthier lifestyle habits so you can thrive for life! This may be all you’ll need to get back to feeling like yourself again, but sometimes adding hormone replacement can help.

The Executive Wellness Program is for people who have struggled unsuccessfully to lose weight. It’s for people with chronic medical issues that, with proper treatment, could be controlled, such as high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, hypothyroidism, poor digestion with bloating, gas, acid reflux, and/or irregular stools, signs of hormonal imbalance such as: hot flashes, mood swings, irritability, anxiety, poor sleep, or depression. It’s for people who simply don’t feel like themselves anymore due to low libido, low energy levels, or a myriad of symptoms that arise when the body is not functioning optimally. This unique, 6 month program is designed specifically for people ready to make big changes, but who want the support and guidance of a team of experts to make it happen. The Executive Wellness Program is more is an approach to managing your health that puts an entire team of medical experts in your corner.

HOW IT WORKS

We start with an in-depth analysis of where you are today. Based on your medical history and your goals, you’ll undergo a series of sophisticated and comprehensive tests to assess your current hormonal balance, your nutritional status, your stress levels and your risk for chronic disease. This program includes specific testing during the course of your program based on your needs, discussed in your initial consultation.

LAB EVALUATION

Based on your symptoms we may check:
  • Sex hormones(estrogen, progesterone, testosterone)
  • Stress hormones (cortisol, DHEA)
  • Metabolism (blood sugar metabolism and hunger regulation hormones)
  • Complete thyroid panel
  • Complete blood count
  • Kidney and liver function
  • Vitamin D levels
  • Vitamin B12 levels

As needed, we may also conduct the following innovative tests:
  • Comprehensive digestive analysis
  • Food sensitivity testing
  • Comprehensive micronutrient testing
  • Evaluation of nutritional status

Markers that may predict future health risks. This may include tests such as:
  • Inflammatory markers
  • Advanced cardiovascular risk factors
  • Estrogen metabolism for cancer risk
  • Body composition analysis (body fat/muscle mass)

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

We’ll conduct a complete nutritional assessment and prepare a dietary plan. This is done to help meet weight loss goals (when appropriate), but also to address medical issues affected by your diet and digestion. Conditions like joint pain, mood swings, chronic digestive symptoms, high blood sugar, high cholesterol and high blood pressure can all be impacted by the food you eat, frequency of eating, and how it’s digested..

YOUR PLAN

Once all of the analysis is complete, we’ll compile a personalized wellness program to meet your goals and address any current health issues and symptoms. This includes our medical weight loss program or specialized nutrition program, hormone replacement therapy where appropriate (not included in cost of package), stress management counseling, and a tailored regimen of pharmaceutical grade vitamins and supplements. Then together, we’ll get to work. After reviewing your personalized plan, you’ll work together with your team. Phone check-ins and monitoring will be based on your needs. This ongoing monitoring helps us to address more issues simultaneously and adapt your program as needed, so that you can see results more quickly. Our goal is to teach and empower you how to take control over your own health. Labs will be repeated to assess your progress as needed, usually at the end of 6 month mark. At the conclusion of your program, we will work with you to decide on an ongoing course of treatment to keep you on your path to a healthier you.

The Optimal Wellness Program is for patients who are living a healthy lifestyle today. You eat right and you exercise, but you know you could be doing more to obtain peak performance. Whether that’s Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) to better regulate mood and metabolism or gaining an understanding of where you may be at risk in the future. This 6 month program is designed for those patients who are working hard today to ensure they will live a healthy tomorrow.

HOW IT WORKS

After gaining a complete understanding of your medical history, and what you’re doing today to stay fit, we’ll begin looking for areas where we can improve your already healthy lifestyle. We’ll take a focused look at how your body is performing, and search for any areas that can be improved. YOUR PLAN

After tests are complete and your baseline is established, you’ll have an extended appointment to discuss a personalized plan to optimize your health. Depending on your goals, this may include Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and personalized supplement recommendations specifically tailored to you. You’ll receive a customized care plan notes that includes your test results and your personalized wellness plan. During your program, you will get monthly check ins with our team to ensure you are on your way to reach your goals. At the end of your program we will reevaluate your symptoms and adjust our plan accordingly for optimal results.

The Hormonal Wellness Program is a 4 Month program for people experiencing the classic symptoms of hormonal imbalance such as: fatigue, hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, low libido, anxiety, irritability or depression. This program focuses exclusively on getting your hormones back in balance..

HOW IT WORKS

You’ll start with an appointment to review the results of the labs ordered during your Initial Assessment. We’ll decide which of your symptoms are due to hormonal imbalances and determine a course of action to treat the problem. This program includes specific testing during the course of your program based on your needs, discussed in your initial consultation

Depending on your symptoms, we’ll review test results such as:

YOUR PLAN

A one month check in with your team to ensure that you’re progressing and your symptoms are subsiding. Additional lab tests will be recommended prior to your last month and final appointment, so we can be certain you are making improvements. At the completion of your program, you’ll sit down with your team for a comprehensive review of your progress and to determine what changes, if any, need to be made to your treatment plan. During this appointment, a plan will be made to continue to monitor your progress moving forward.

  • All results will be sent to you prior to your appointment so you will have it on hand for our review.
